Managed to squeeze in a quick stop at JJ Fox earlier today.
Sorted out my DuPont Extend (more in the original thread) and settled down for a little smoke.
On their recommendation I had a go with a Rafael Gonzalez M. Coronas Extra. I have to say this was a very nice smoke, drew like a champ with perfect burn. Creamy with spice and wood, never got close to harsh, a great mellow cigar (and generally I like a bit more body but this was very good). Faultless construction.
Met a couple of very interesting guys, did a bit of business networking, two cups of coffee and a great smoke. Left with my new lighter and a Por Larranaga Petit Coronas (as recommended...new to me).
I love JJ Fox and think one should support these kind of businesses wherever practical, as our smoking world will be a poorer place if they go.
