Just started a Perdomo 10th Aniversary Champagne. Looks like a mild smoke (connecticut wrapper and all that) but for the moment it's more a peppery, grassy medium bodied smoke. Great burn and ash.My Cigar blog: Cigar Review RagComment

evening all,
after a 2 week sweat, my goodies arrived in the post today! 10 RyJ short churchills and 6 HdM epicure no. 2's!!!! tonight, after a bit of intensive recording, i decided to bust out one of the HdM epi no. 2's! the usual routine, big glass of whisky (jack daniels single barrel, courtesy of the missus) and a big bar of bourneville dark chocolate! as everyone here can verify, a lovely cigar! the only problem i had was a seriously uneven burn that i had to correct about 5 times (the worst it got was it kept burning approx 2 fifths of an inch off course)! however, i persevered and by the time it got to the last third, it burned perfectly! smoked right down till about 3 quarters of an inch, till the heat got too much for my fingers!!!!! SPLENDID, BLOODY SPLENDID!!!!

I opted for a 3-year old R&J Short Churchill. Hit the spot perfectly. I do beleive these babies are starting to ripen nicely!

HdM#2 while shooting pool & drinking beers at Diamond Billiards in Florida. AWESOME PLACE! Draft beers 2 for $1.75. You could actually smoke cigars inside!
