just had a black pearl morado with a cup of Douwe Egberts. Another strong full bodied cigar, i seem to be picking out the strong ones of late

New sticks today : Upmann 48, Trini 'T' and Boli EL2009
Upmann Mild & coffee- classic Upmann flavours - none of the chocolate I'd been promised, but good all the same.
Trini T : More like the Robusto Xtra than the Fundy - mildish & smoking fine now.
Boli EL2009 (Petit Beli) : Strong tobacco flavours - not amazingly Boliesque yet - a little like the Asia Pacific 2008 ERs -
Decided to go a bit out of my medium/mild smoke comfort zone for once and went for for something a bit stronger with a Monte no.4 (one of the first sticks that went into my recently bought humidor).
Really nice smoke and a very harmonic evolution of flavours, definitely the hightlight of my short cuban smoking experience up to now.My Cigar blog: Cigar Review RagComment

Another Ramon Allones Specially selected for me. Sat in the garage on the laptop with a glass of Ricard / ice, having a mellow smoke. Getting too excited about Saturday and just ordered ?400 of sticks over the internet. I think ill be eating bread butties for the rest of the month to compensate!

At least I got the full on Chocolate thing, but they do need to rest for a few months IMO still a bit fresh.
The Trini T, Fine looking Cigar nice size and shape but mine's are Very Rough definately need 6 months to lay down.
Not tried the Boli yet
