Glorious sunny day again. So lunch timeout with no.4 2010. Lovely aromas and flavours. Has a peppery slant to it. But not overpowering. Have to thin the smoke out a fair bit too retrohale. Need to make a coffee. I like these.

So should you age these @PeeJay ? I'd say yes because I have a box already aged [emoji16]

Cheers Steve, a Belgian classic beer for sure. Been to the factory & tried a couple of their different beers & smoked a Hoyo Epi No2 in the their beer tent (that's going way back mind).
