Where do you smoke on board Simon? There's a dedicated smoking room I expect? How many others smoke anything? I presume no other cigar smokers ofc...
There's places the guys can smoke in onboard, a dirty locker room, for tea/smoke breaks whilst in work clothing & a TV smoking room (there are several non smoking TV rooms). The use is very low at the moment, only a couple of guys popped in to smoke a fag whilst I was there. Never seen anyone else smoke a cigar.
Simon Bolivar: Liberator of Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru & Venezuela.
Are you cruising again Simon? I'm confused.
You did what?! [emoji23]
Not cruising Geoff, just onboard my Oil Platform, the Brent Charlie, the last man standing in the Brent field. Been onboard for three weeks (usually only do two wk trips this days), been away from my wife for 9wks so pretty frustrating but cie la vie, life offshore I am afraid. Fog isn't due to lift until the afternoon so will hopefully get to stay in a hotel in Aberdeen & will have to travel on London on Saturday & stay there & get home on Sunday.

Not been a big NC smoker un the past, but my New Years resolution was to try more NCs. I have taken quite a fancy to Alturo Fuente?s range. This is a Hemingway Signature, a very pleasant cigar.
Got outside this evening for a San Cristobal el Principe - It was really smooth with light flavours and burned well. I definitely want to try some stronger cigars in my next batch.
@gojira Check out my extremely rare and expensive Maxi Jet in the background, St Dupont eat your heart out
Also, please notice my makeshift cigar stand, created using packaging from an Amazon delivery and a few coins to weigh it down Waiting on an ashtray I purchased via eBay.
The weather has been amazing!

Smoking on an oil rig?! You don't look like a motorman, but looks can be deceiving.
