I've chosen to do it so I can't really complain. A part of me hopes I don't miss them at all and I might actually be able to give up completely. I love cigars but I'm getting older and health risks worry me.
I only smoke around 5 or 6 a week and mostly on Saturday and Sunday so I have lots of the week where I don't smoke but it's always at the back of my mind to give up for health....

I can't remember who on here said but a member once posted 'The benefit to my mental health outweighs the risk to my physical health'.

Just remember to be good friends with your dentist and tell him you smoke cigars.
