I read recently and I for some reason thought it was you wot wrote it [MENTION=13402615]PeeJay[/MENTION], that DR cigars are expensive because they're exported from factory and then reimported thus accruing higher tax?

My friend picked this one up in Spain for me and it only cost around ?5.50, very good value. I would buy more for sure.
