You’ve never tried one - they are a favourite of mine - honey, oats, hay, cream classic sourdough flavours. they age really well, although they can be sometimes disappointing when young.
For a brief 30 minute smoke try the Reyes and the Vigia (robusto) rarely disappoints. My absolute favourite is the Topes LE, and I understand they are coming into regular production. Although some on here rate the Fundadores too!
