A Casa Magna Toro in the afternoon. A great looker but bit of a fooker.

I thought I got lucky with the Robusto the other week: this Toro had a few burn problems: it wouldn't bloody burn for an inch or so. Kept having to relight, which was frustrating.

However, it did smoke from the second third ok and redeemed itself in the flavour department. CA's #1 stick, but probably not many other people's TBH.

Started at 1pm with a COHIBA ESPLENDIDO! Fine fine cigar.

Followed by three HdM no2's one after the other. Great stuff.

                This is probably what happened.

Started with a Le Hoyo du Maire that I received from ACMCC as part of the Hoyo samplers he made up. A tiny little thing about the size of a cigarette with perfect construction. Characteristic Hoyo (to me) flavour. Good for the size.

Followed by a Flor de Cano Selectos at the beach and a PSP2 then a Boli RC after dinner.

Will pitch in very late to this one. First day of the holiday celebrated with a Monte No5, by some different water!

I made notes, and a review will follow in due course. Will advise in advance that it wasn't my favourite cigar, though it did keep the wasps away...
