I wasn't impressed with the first two I had add that were a bit too 'wet' but six months of drying out has sorted then right out.... Now smoking beautifully

The second one I had was better than the first one but it still was too 'wet' as you say. They will definitely need some more time down. Let's hope they'll become stellar since I went deep (as did you and Henrik).
