Was looking forward to this a Robaina Don Alejandro 2010 courtesy of @Stevieboy. The draw was so airy like a wind tunnel, and then I found this under the band - fixed with a bit of leaf and repair glue and draw improved considerably. Anyone come across anything like this before?

Then again this might have happened before the cigars were imported and the beetle has probably died when the European distributor frooze the cigars. If either of you had an outbreak you probably would have spotted more damaged cigars.
Orgullosos. A very heavy cigar that is packed with tobacco. Which is rather welcome since wind tunnels seem to be the new standard. It needed a little poking with the PerfecDraw. Started out very mild but is becoming stronger with every puff. I?m liking this one much more than the one I had in January.

I liked the first half, the second one didn't convince me yet, too young. But I like my LGCs with a few years on them and I'm curious how this one will smoke in a few years. It's such a lovely vitola though. I wish that more cigars where available in the 109 format!

Did the cigar taste of barbecue, lol!
You may be right Mike. I checked the other five I have and they don?t show any signs at all, they?re staying in the ziploc bag anyway.
There are zero signs of anything damaged or amiss in the rest of the humidor

That?s good to read Al. I would freeze the remaining ones just in case.
Having paid out ?1254 on my car today MLW was positively encouraging me to get out and have a smoke after work, this was a Caldwell Yellow Cake, one of those weirdly names boutique things the Yanks seem to like.

I knew I didn't have the time for one as proven by the fact that it started peeing down just as I finished this cigar. I did get a delivery of ten Forbidden X 13 Torchbearers today too
