May 16 Party Short, six months on from my last (and underwhelming) short from a 50 cab. I was almost ready to write this box off to the for sale section as a cigar not for me, but this was lovely. What a difference 6 months can make, the pepper has turned into sweet spice, nutmeg and paprika with the arrival of a sourdough base. Delicious.

There wasn’t much sun and the beach was shingle rather than sand, the blurry background must be misleading .

A pleasant setting none the less and you might be right that it played into the experience somewhat.

The sun is out now so I’ll wait for rain before trying another

They should become good soon. I have been smoking my way through a SEP 15 box and they a very good.

My plan was to purchase a box evry year but I kinda stopped at three boxes. Maybe I'll get another one in Germany next month.

That’s a good plan, I’m going to keep an eye out for a couple more. Being the last of the line I’m hoping they keep making them to retain the copyright.
