Today I am smoking a NC which is a bit of a treat for me. A Padilla Miami Belicoso. It has been good enough, in a traditional kind of way, maybe a little unexciting. Might be suffering a little from the low humidity in my humidor, which is great for cubans but no so good for some NCs in my experienceLast edited by did64; 13-09-2008, 01:04 PM.

Could u explain a bit more why do u think that low humidity is great for Cuban cigars?
I never heard this from anyone else.
From what I hear the ideal RH for NCs is around 70%. I have no experience with this but that's just what I hear from american friends. It seemed to affect this Padilla Miami which has been in my desktop humi for a couple of months which smoked a little hot and bitter, and the wrapper cracked a little.
