potpest Bertinet has written a few books and they are all good. His methods are simple and clear. If you make your bread already then most books are quite same-y but hus are worth a look for sure. I’d recommend this one or his most recent; Crumb."Dear heart, you're talking to a man- a real man- who drinks straight Tequilla, with lime and salt on the rim, and smokes cigars" (J Zavala)

My grandfather was a Wagner specialist, I grew up with that epos but have forgotten most of it.
Well, I was quite surprised when I watched this film. It was quite modern, some scenes are of sheer beauty and can be compared to classic art. I remembered a little of the Nibelungen Lied from school but it's quite enjoyable like all those classic myhts, stories and plays. Will try to watch part 2 today which is a little shorter than part 1.

A first for me, Monte Dumas courtesy of K444HEP. It?s started nicely, very rich and decadent with a slight sweetness. Thanks Adam.
