Quite spicy/peppery. Mild flavour. Nice aroma. Perfect construction.

Pulled a box out last night as it goes, decided against breaking into it, DIC 17 I think, might try one this summer.

The spice mellowed out after a while. But it's building again now with some bitterness. Changes a bit throughout.
