The end to “date night” with MLW. Ended up at the Garden Lounge at the Corinthia Hotel. Lots of heaters, two fire places and shelter from the elements.

Just looked at the cigar menu on the Corinthia website and couldn't see that cigar - did you smoke your own or are there other options not on the list? I note they also stipulate minimum ?35 spend - is that correct?

Yes I took my own with me, they?ve no problem with people doing it. Yes the minimum spend is correct, I didn?t realise until we?d sat down but then again, drinks weren?t cheap so it wasn?t difficult to get to that spend! If you bought a cigar and a drink you?d be over the threshold easily.

Very nice place and would be stunning in the summer but as with most places like that in London, it?s not cheap!
