Just finishing 2/3rd - so far very tasty, still some spice from youth, and to be honest I would say it needs at least another year for the flavours to develop more. I shall be smoking one every Christmas, so I am intrigued how they develop over the years! Going to keep tasty notes on these ones, just to see!
