O V double robusto to round the evening off. Very pleasant smoke, also I have found that only with fuller NC can I have alcohol with my smokes (currently Bumbu Rum) as they complement one another. With Cubans I need to stick to coffee and water or half of the flavours are lost!

An interesting observation, I agree with your current thinking. Although, I am still pursuing/experimenting more flavour combinations which compliment certain cigars - gin & tonic with pink peppercorns and cinnamon seems to suit some of the stronger Cubans (if you’re a Gin fan of course)

Ah, gin just does not tickle my pickle, though the flavours you’ve noted do sound fantastic! Life is one long road full of experiments!
