This upmann anejados is my first- it?s certainly smooth but at the moment I can?t make out the flavours they seem a bit jumbled and soapy. Could be product of a long day..... it?s not unpleasant mind you.

Thanks mate!! This may be it! The favoritas in my other lock and lock are kept with a 62% boveda. And they're great! These are kept in lock and lock with a 69%. I read somewhere tupperdores/lock and lock should have 62% or less boveda as there's no moisture loss!!!

This will probably be it, I find everything above 65 has a lot less flavour and too tight a draw. Try lowering the humidity. Can take months to "dry out" cigars at 62/65% if they have been kept at 69%.
