Started off with a Monte Petit Edmundo. It was very meh, even though it had a few years on it.
Ditched it.
Then lit up a D4 the same age.
That lasted about 15 minutes before I did the same.
Recently I have been smoking less and less, as I'm getting to the point I wonder if I even enjoy it any more.
So I though, fuck it, and went and got a Talisman.
I decided that if I didn't like it then I was going to just sell up and quit, but if I liked it there was hope for me yet......
I lit up in trepidation of what was before me - was my smoking life over? Or did it just get a whole lot more expensive?
Well, sadly, it just got a great deal more expensive! The stick was epic. Truly awesome and I can't wait to see how much better it gets.
It has the potential to match the Supremos and possibly even surpass it.... Fingers crossed!

Pic seems big enough on Tapatalk on my phone. I suppose one way of looking at your problem is that it's better to enjoy a very good cigar occasionally than ones you don't enjoy on a more frequent basis.

My morning smoke today is a Upmann Anejados and lots of black coffee. Off to Mont Saint-Michel later so getting my strength up!

If my palate becomes jaded I always smoke something completely different, usually a Drew Estate Java or similar. Glad to hear you're still with us.

That's a shame the D4 didn't do anything for you....it's generally a good stick and never fails to deliver imo.

Been waiting to try this and I'm pretty disappointed. It's like eating sugar and tastes very artificial.
I expect notes of coffee and cocoa from something labelled as Maduro but this has nothing but overwhelming sweetness.

Infact it tastes like I spilt a can of sprite on it. That's it. It tastes like sprite.

It did smoke well and was good with a coffee.
