Just had a Monte Purito before lunch. For a short filler machine made cigar, I really rate these little sticks.

So straight in and lit up one of these custom rolled robustos from [MENTION=13448813]SHAMZ84[/MENTION], first impressions was very similar to a Cohiba Robusto with a pleasant slight saltiness at the start. I had some issues with mine staying alight in the final third and it needed the Perfecdraw to keep it going but the one smoked by my friend burned all the way through with no issues

A Monte no 5 tonight - first in a very long time. Smooth, sweet, chocolatey little number. Nubbed!

Smoked my second H Upmann aged Robusto tonight. The flavour notes were very different from the first one I had, lacking the brown sugar/molasses quality that made it such a pleasure. This one was very woody, full bodied, and had leather in the last third. I have a box of these, so I will be interested to see how they smile and develop...

Yep, I had a Tubo No.1 from 2003 a few months ago and it was very mild as well. It wasn't really the flavour I was looking for in a Boli.

That's a shame....I would have thought it would have been full of flavour...the no 3 Tubo 07 I bought on a split were excellent. Was gutted I only bought 5.
