Think I will have a day off today, but that may change come this evening.

The Alec Bradley Ego has worn off and my cigar senses are tingling, just got a fresh order in, but may just have a piedra or something. Might be nothing, weather isnt great, it's a 'stuck in limbo' day today. Hmm indeed!

I never made it as far as the evening. My dog was pestering me for a walk so out we went with a Monte No3 in hand. Have to say it was not a good experience unfortunately. It burned even but had to be relit a couple of times, possible due to my neglect to be fair. Gave up at 2/3's down and binned it, just did not taste right either, hopefully a one off.

I cant really enjoy a cigar outside unless theres literally zero wind and a sunny day. The wind blows away your beautiful smoke plumes and makes yer stick burn like a canoe. Not fun

The cigar day started with a J. L. Salazar y Hermanos Reserva Especial (Torpedo). This is a brand marketed by Cuban Crafters and I got one as part of a generic sampler pack. Very passable indeed. Quite similar to the Cuban Crafters (cuban) cabinet selection in taste. Good draw and a very reasonable (not perfect) burn.

Next up was one of my newly delivered Bolivar Bellicosos Finos. I should have waited and let it settle. It was a hardish draw and that is something which I really don't like. It is hard to make a Bolivar 'orrible though and I still enjoyed the smoke only not quite as much as I was hoping. The cigar may have been over-humified. There was a water pack in with the cigars.

For my next trick I smoked a Oliva Serie 0. I have read good write ups on these cigars and I don't know why. I thought the taste was ropey. It was a 5 inch (approx) Robusto and I left a full two inches. Tells its own story!

My most recent (finished about 15 minutes ago) was a Cuban Crafters (cuban cabinet selection). This was a Churchill and came as part of the same sample as the Salazar. Draw was superb. Probably the easiest draw I have ever had in a Churchill (which I tend to avoid because of previous experience with draw problems). Taste as good as ever. Some burn issues in the last 3 inches but didn't spoil my enjoyment. These CC cuban cabinet selection cigars are bloody good value for money IMO.

Tonight I smoked a Ronaldo Reyes Maduro (Puros Indios) gifted me by ACMCC, very nice smoke indeed and will definitely be looking for more of these when they come onto the market and I have just finished a HdM No.2 which was it's usual brillaint self.

                  Cheers, HabanoSy

A CI Legends Red Label, which i believe is a re-badged perdomo. Have to say this surprised a lot, I liked it alot, It tasted very cubanesque for a NC I thought,

I think I'll add that to my list for future.

                      Very Nice, senor !

That's one of the few Cohibas I've yet to try...

Tonight I settled for one of TJ's Sancha Panza Extra Feurte Madrid fresh from a box that just arrived. A very nice n/c, IMO, that's worthy of a warm spot in TJ's humidor. Currently, I enjoying one of TJ's Cohiba Secreto Maduros. It speaks for itself.

Re the Behike TJ, I bloody wish!

If I could afford to smoke them, I'd probably have the bathroom done by now too

Smoked a cigar gifted me by ACMCC tonight, a Vegueros Esp. No.2

A very pleasant cigar that warmed up into a really flavourful smoke...

                            Thanks AC...
