Dunhill 1907 Rothschild. 40 min smoke well made. I would say medium to full. Lots of smoke. Predominantly spicy with a touch of hay. Cocoa came through strongly in the final third. Pleasant enough for the price. Forgot to take a pic

Custom rolled toro
As I said I would I smoked one of the custom rolled toros I got the other day. Construction and burn was perfect all the way to the end. No pepper/spice and low nicotine load. The ash was a light grey, quite dense and held well. The flavour was very mild and had a slightly metallic taste. There was no transition from start to finish except the occasional loss of the metallic edge. I thought it fell within the Hoyo/Upmann stable, tommy thought maybe like a Partagas E2 but I've not had one of these to which I could compare it. It was certainly not like any of the other Partagas I've smoked despite apparently being rolled in their factory. The rest of them will now go to sleep until outdoor smoking resumes in the Spring to see how they develop.
