HdM Epicure No 2 tonight - there's a reason why these beauties made me fall in love with cigars! You know it's going to be a corker when you first put it to your lips and you're left with a delightful salty residue (Ooohh I say!!)
One of the cabs also have these really dark wrappers on - lovely smoke

Wow that's the darkest wrapper I've ever seen on a HDM Epi 2! It almost looks like a proper maduro wrapper.

It's really odd - the whole cab (well the one's that are left anyway) are all like it. It's what made me gamble on them at the store, as they're usually a Colorado wrapper.
Someone clearly got drunk whilst making this batch - and cheers to them!
Gold label, was it tubed? Find one from the 00's & they are rather lush.
Hi Simon, no not tubed. From a 2012 box. I had to remove the other label as the glue had become unstuck. It was a very good stick. Of course the old gold band RyJ Churchills from the early 00s (pre 2002 I think? Happy to be corrected) are a delight too.
