Smoked the first out of a box of these today whilst watching the new Star Trek series on Netflix. Not as smooth as the robustos I've had but still a nice smoke. Its dummy how vitolas affect the blend.

I find the Palio to be an excellent cutter if you like a straight cut (as I do). They have an excellent guarantee as well, so will exchange no questions asked if it should develop a fault. I have two and both have been excellent

Have to agree, we all have our rituals with cigars & dressing up for the occasion is part of mine too. It's about respect & a sense of occasion. Of course you can smoke anytime, with no ceremony but for those red letter days & significant cigars, the extra effort adds to the occasion IMHO.

Hear Hear Simon. I totally agree. Whilst I appreciate that some may consider it a little ?OTT?, to me it?s a way of showing respect for the skill and effort that has gone into making the cigar.
