Will be lighting up a Tabak Especiale Corona, mainly to see how my tastes have evolved over the last few months. Used to love this one, so my hopes are high. Picture to follow when Tapatalk issues are resolved.

Finally sitting down and lit up. Was curious about this stick when I got it yesterday.

Here's info about the second band https://www.cgarsltd.co.uk/cigar-lib...an_cigars.html

It's light alright, very very mild flavour, a nice aroma. Certainly well constructed. And according to that link is an Oct 2010.

My tastes have definitely changed. I've been smoking Cubans almost exclusively and the Tabak Especiale just isn't in the same league unfortunately. Nice enough but lacking in the complexity and the creamy tang of a good CC.

        Asylum Premium 2012 4x44

first smoke of the cigar aficionado 2013 sampler pack.
this was a big surprise. Very nice and sweet smoke, opened harsh but very quickly settled into a lovely sweet and toasty smoke. My favourite smoke of my holiday thus far. Also, I got 0 pepper out of this which is perfect for me as I hate a peppery cigar

        79/100

I'm still not sure about the Serie O line. Like a lot of people you know, they're nice enough but a bit dull. Perfect burn though.

Finally got around to my wedding cigar yesterday - I was married in June! R&J Churchill Reserva, very nice too. Not smoking much lately - I get awful hangovers quite often from cigars and trying to nail down the reason why! Had a full lunch, a coke and lots of water without much alcohol and all seems good today!
