Party Mille Fleur whilst out pretending to do shopping on lunch break. It was delicious. However, I had my first ever experience of "that smoke is disgusting, could you move". I was in public, the shall we say biddy, was actually sat in the outside smoking area of a caf?, but I moved a few steps. I got a quite a loud "I can still smell it, it's horrible" - so I herfed a bit harder, then put it away, then quite pointedly, but not aimed particularly, mentioned that I would have had no problem if someone had said please. This got a "I don't have to say please".
I then went into the caf? and asked the proprietor regarding their smoking policy, which turned out to be super positive within the law. The proprietor apologised, even though it was clearly not their fault.
I am not certain I'm a dick all the time, I think it's other people.
I don't like the 'not yet' bit of that sentence. Perhaps offensive language could be trumped up to threatening or aggressive behaviour. Is that illegal? I think Moose was a mouse & shouldn't of bothered to try & appease the non smoker [emoji83][emoji90]☠️ maybe exhaling every puff in their direction [emoji100][emoji100][emoji100] as it was the smoking section after all.

You don't think the nanny state won't try to make public rudeness a crime one day? Along with stepping on the cracks and farting in public!
Maybe, but I sure hope not. I think it's possible that smoking could be made illegal, totally banned. Tobaccos days could be numbered.
I read the other day that 10% of the world's deaths are still due to smoking, its a useful method of culling the herd and generates revenue. It won't be completely banned.
Prohibition doesnt work, they will just make it so hard and expensive but not illegal and achieve the same thing. Alcohol and sugar are the next targets for the health nazis, its just those are still acceptable to the majority of the population still but they are getting the message out there, slowly but surely more liberties are being lost.
