Superb weather, so a walk in the country with a halfway herf-stop. A 2014 (I think?) Monte 5. It was superb, some sweetness, some slightly fruity Herby notes and gentle montecristo spiciness.

I didn't know that about the beer. Actually it's a good one once one gets accustomed to the light sweetness in it's taste.

That's why you're going to Lyon this summer (French family).

I picked the winner in the Grand National and won some cash (enough for a few beers anyway!) so thought I'd treat myself to a Ramon Allones Gigantes to celebrate. Cheers!

In addition to the Monsdale PeeJay kindly provided (as excellent smoke btw), I also had my first NC in years in preparation for my trip to the Dominican Republic later this month, a H Upmann Banker, again supplied by PeeJay

Exactly! Just over a week to go, looking forward to it immensely.

A Partagas P2 whilst sorting the garden out. As I only smoke outside at home, with the clocks going forward and the weather starting to improve, it is finally cigar season again.
