A good day today, in London for the first time in ages, my appointment is already done and dusted.

You get talking and you learn about hidden gems. I (maybe reluctantly, it could still come home with me) passed on a Juan Lopez №1 and settled on a Vegas Robiana Familiares from 1999. So far it's delish!

Both are to be recommended. There's a bit of work going on outside jjfox, so occasional banging and crashing, but this is a relaxed yet classy joint. The stick was lovely, starting out with that creamy sweet sort of ERDM thing then strong herbaceous flavours in the last third. It was an hour of excellence.

I have an inventory. Just pleased to get 25 for 90 euros. by the time I added them to the list I had moved them to the humidor and remembered too late the box date. Regardless of age they are excellent quick smokes
