I tried one of my new Quai D'Orsay coronas this evening. These are suitable to smoke young apparently but I found it a little tannic so I'll leave them till the summer to see if they smooth out some.

I tried one of my new Quai D'Orsay coronas this evening. These are suitable to smoke young apparently but I found it a little tannic so I'll leave them till the summer to see if they smooth out some.

I heard the other way, apparently after 5 years these become a lovely smoke. I found the fresh ones to be a bit bland and boring however, I have a single from 2010 im hoping is better.
