Such beautiful weather here in Aberdeen today -24 degrees (which won't last much longer), decided to leave work early and head down to CASC for a H.Upmann coronas junior (lovely dark wrappers on these) and a grapefruit beer. Cheers!

MLW had a late finish today and I'm on my last early finish of the week so chilling in the garden with an Alec Bradley Prensado robusto, got bored and binned the last two inches

Tru-dat, PeeJay. I smoked one of these recently and was unimpressed. Wasn't this the Cigar Aficionado "Cigar of the Year" a while back? Could of fooled me.

I'm pretty disciplined about guitar practice and this is my reward. For ?4.49 I reckon this is a great wee cigar IMO.

How about a little review then Gus? I've never seen them before.

I definitely will, Peejay, once I learn more about the nuances of cigar flavours as I've only just come back to cigars in the last three months or so. One of the main reasons why I enjoy this stick is because I seem to discover new twists and flavours the more I smoke them so that's a definite sign for me that there's something interesting in there.

Lovely smoke. Woody flavours. Maybe a little cedar.

Tommy reckoned it was like a D4 but the best one he'd had and nothing like a CoRo

I had one of those during the following year of that award. Decidedly dull and uninspiring.

Monte 4 today. It's very very box pressed not sure why, it was in the singles drawer.
