Just sat out in the garden as the sky darkened smoking a Fonseca KDT Cadet. Review to follow shortly in the Reviews forum.

I've never smoked at home before, only ever 'out' - as such I suddenly realised, as I was about to warm the end of this little stick, that I don't have an ashtray... Quick scramble around in the shed and improvise with a small plastic plant pot, which I put a little soil in the bottom of for the heat.

The smoking spot, as the night drew in...

Not a great day - 4 letters from the CSA for me all wanting more money than I've got.

Had a Montecristo No 4 whilst playing with the kids in the garden. I reallly enjoyed which is surprsing as I didn't get on with the edmundo I had last year,.

Just a cigar.com Brazilian Robusto (green label) and another of my Vascos today. I usually smoke in the garden - but what a rotten summer! So much for the Weather Boys "BBQ summer". Can't forecast for toffee nuts.

As long as their prediction for a warm, partially sunny day on Saturday holds true then I'll be a happy man. You can't go to a beer festival and have post-session BBQ if it's pissing it down!

Saturday 25th July, 12noon-3pm, Postlip Hall, Winchcombe, Gloucestershire
Afternoon session of the 33rd annual Cotswold Beer Festival - simply the best!

As I write, as CI Legends Maroon Label. Courtesy of the Dawg.

First third started off tasting a bit light with nothing really to it. Second third started getting a bit peppery with a slight pepper finish. Kinda reminds me of cross between a CAO brazil and something else but I cant quite place the something else yet. I'm thinking a NC Partagas black at the moment.
It might change on the final third.

That's how I felt the other week when I fired up an Espi. I hadn't had one in months and it was excellent (of course)
