I didn't smoke yesterday because I had smoked several the night before in volcanic windscreen motorway moments. I was too knackered to do much yesterday.

I have nothing on the agenda all day so I am making a huge mug of Tetley tea and am going to walk down my garden in my dressing gown like an Alzheimer's and blast off a Partagas D4 like only a King on a leather sofa can.

This must be what retirement is like.

I'm juicing at the thought so I had better get on with it!

That was the oomph I needed quite early in the morning before tidying up a bedroom that is a dumping ground! I can't kick off my day like this on a working day.

This RA Small Club Corona is beautifully complex and strong. Good cigars like these make me feel completely at peace with the world.

Now I've got 50... 49... they should keep me off the Robustos I've accumulated so that the Robustos can age up a bit.

I like that the RASCC needs quite a tug to smoke, too. It feels the business because of that to me.
