It was our anniversary today so after a pleasant lunch in a country pub it was back to the garden where the cider is cheaper and no one complains about my RyJ 2013 LE
So today is our 25th Wedding Anniversary & I am stuck on the rig, so difficult to celebrate in style but a friend sent me a pair of 1980's Cuban Davidoff's to try & I chose the smallest to bring out with me for today. The Chat Haut Brion is a Perla size 4" x 40 & relatively rare these days & on the expensive side; as a guideline I bought 3 different Davidoff's at Easter for E290. If I had known someone would have been generous enough to send me a couple, I wouldn't have made the purchase but now I have some to smoke on our next visit to Cuba.
Some say all the flav has faded away on these cigars & they are way overpriced & just collected by millionaires & traded box for box. Well I am glad to say there were still plenty of soft flav's in this particular stick & as I had it with just a coffee I didn't lose them like I could have if I had smoked it at home with a whiskey. It was an interesting experience & certainly made my day. Hope you like the pics.
Got back from an evening out so making the most of the still warm evening and enjoying this superb ERDM Choix Supreme. Think it came from a split with Emaresee? Cheers chap [emoji1360]
Congratulations to all having an anniversary today. I'd say I'd prefer garden over oil/gas rig, but those chairs look pretty comfy, and I've been wanting to read that book!
