Today's Cigar.

I'll be enjoying cigar number four later today...hopefully with one of the forum's finest (so I'm told). Will report my findings on the thread later today.

I just finished something known as a H. Upmann Half Corona, aka HUHC. A short fat cigar that was quite nice, compared to the other cigars I've smoked so far. The date on the box is July 2013, so I don't think it had expired (?) yet.

I would embed a photo here but I forgot to take a picture. Just as well, however, since my skills are not at the level of most of you guys around here.

Evening everyone. Sorry for not posting much recently, but I've been working some strange shifts, and I'm shortly going to be off on my travels for three months! A relatively short deployment. I now have a week off though, so I'm having an Oliva Serie V Double Toro....

Yes the date is the expiry date
if you have some really old ones Ricky Bobby it is considered traditional to post them out to fellow cigar smokers to dispose of... So go and check the date of your cigars now

Thanks for the information, Simon G. I certainly would not want to smoke a cigar that has expired! I will immediately go through don TJ's humidor and clear out any and all expired cigars and post 'em for proper disposal.

One question: How can you tell which are expired? A quick check of don TJ's humidor show that all the boxes have a past date!!!
