I have a box but been unable to break into it and try one ,the voice in my head just keeps saying wait and hold on a few years

Probably a sensible choice in fairness. I have smoked most of the first box I bought, and they have become better with age. I think three-four years age would see them pretty close to their peak. I just can't help myself, but have bought another box.i shall try to put a few into deep storage....
No photos I'm afraid but enjoyed a Juan Lopez no. 2 and ERDM Spanish regional edition this evening courtesy of the most kind and generous mightyred
Enjoyed a great herf with Matt at CASC Aberdeen. Thanks very much mate. Much appreciated.
A MC DE - what a crappy cigar!
Almost flavour less, and the little flavour it had was unpleasant - which was foreseeable right from the cold draw. As if that wasn't enough, there was some harshness and the actual draw was only average as well. Luckily I only have a few more of these left.

More renovations this afternoon so a cheap NC Camacho Connecticut whilst I worked - AWFUL smoke, didn't make it past the first third...
So a Cain Daytona afterwards which was much more enjoyable and something I'd definitely smoke again. No photos as too busy tearing down shelving [emoji1377]

I had one of these today! Great for a young Montecristo, though.
Not sure why yours would be flavourless: that's actually quite the shame. Montecristos are normally known for their stronger profile. I would peg it to a bad roll if that's the case. Spark another one up some time. They are all handmade products, after all.
Is that a Partagas piramides? Looks like one of those old 2000 EL bands.
Regardless, good to see you're still dapper as always and keeping to smoking ring gauges over 50

I will try another one, when I'm in a mood to deal with the possibility of a crappy smoke, but I honestly suspect it wasn't a bad roll, more like a bad blend. No point in letting these age anyway, crap with age is just old crap. :P
