i was really rather excited to try this one having picked up a 3'er of these a few months back.
Distinctly sweet on the pre-light draw, it turned into a very light weight smoke. Started drinking coffee (a multi-shot espresso) but regrettably it shaded out the flavour of the stick. so i pootled about the garden chopping some wood and tidying while taking an occasional draws. Found the first third to be a touch bland with some underlying fruitiness; apricots to be exact. Middle third had a bit more about it, and the final third was a bit more leathery with hints of sweetness.
Sadly it bunt unevenly throughout, and in the second half became so loose that it kept going out. What started out as a nice open draw, ended up as a loose bag of leaf. I let this one die a good inch and a half from the end.
I am not going to write off the other two in the humi, but I am going to let them rest up a little longer to see if a touch more flavour evolves.
Pleasant enough while it was going, but overall a bit of a let down.
