    Morning all!

Started the day with a lovely little Bolivar No.3 tubo (2007) on my way to work.

Great little smoke, lots of flavour and mellowed out nicely.

Recommend them if you can get them!

Went out of my comfort zone today to try a NC dark maduro Tatuaje Petit Cazadores Reserva. I wanted to broaden my tastes and try something new - who knows, it could be my new favourite. Safe to say it wasn't! Good burn and construction but taste was too harsh and strong for me.

I will still keep trying new types of cigar but I think I will keep going back to mild-medium Cubans.

It's a shame you didn't get on with that one its one of my favourite NCs, maybe worth another try in the future as I didn't find it harsh at all, cool creamy and sweet with a touch of pepper is what I got. Just goes to show how different peoples tastes and taste buds can be

I had a Brickhouse yesterday evening while sat chilling outside our lodge.

Just had another one of these, the first few draws are very peppery and strong probably due to the closed foot, but now it's settled into a smooth cool sweet coffee flavour that I just can't get enough of, hopefully you just had a bad one!
