Sorry about the crap photos, no excuse really except the Tippexx fingers an' thumbs were turning blue out there.
First cigar of 2016 and so far the best of the year .... and might take a bit of beating. Punch 2013 SD'O2. Wasn't to impressed with these initially, but today .... very, very good .... very clean delivery and very tasty! If you want to, you can.
And, if you can, you must!

Davidoff Grand Cru number 1 I was going to save this for my 50th this year but decided against it. Going to have one of the aged sticks I won in Beas raffle instead.

I managed to squeeze a couple of smokes in yesterday. I really wish I hadn't bothered.
After everything I have read and been recommended about Bolivar, I am still struggling to get on with them. So far I have had three BCG's.
Two were plugged really bad and the third was only better because it wasn't plugged as bad. I them tried a BBF which was a great smoke.
Faith restored, or so I thought. I tried my first Boli PC last night and this was also fairly poor with a terrible burn and harsh tastes occasionally
throughout the smoke. I suspect this one may be due to being too young though. I will not give up on Bolivar yet. I am thinking that I am
going to have to box purchase and put away for a while, and then try them at intervals. If I still don't get on with them then at least I have
given them a good go, and I can move them on.
I then had the NUB Maduro which really was shite.
Hopefully I can find time for something else today.

Johnny, I can't see anyone struggling to beleive in Bolivars! If you're willing to do a swap, send me a PM & some suitably aged Boli's could be on there way from the depths of the Boli Cave! It'll be cheaper than buying a box & if you don't like these then you can at least write the brand off for 5yrs & then try again & see how your tastes have changed & developed; as I can assure you they will.
PS Funnily enough, it was the PC that I struggled with for yrs as well but any decent BBF should blow you away!Simon Bolivar: Liberator of Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru & Venezuela.
