I'll look that one up poots I don't carry this btw, as I'd be worried about it being not friendly looking Plus it locks and therefore is not UK legal. It'd be a bugger to have it confiscated for some random reason.

            It smoked very well thanks.
Unfortunately I'm not seasoned enough to give an in depth review about flavours etc, but I wasn't disappointed with it.

Probably would be ok if you actually were carrying some Cigars!

Its a damn shame , nothing wrong with carrying a sensible gentleman's penknife , the knife itself isn't a danger , it's the person holding it and intended use. My grandfather carried a penknife all his life as I do still

I know what your saying oskihen about your grandfather but in them days how often did we hear people getting stabbed
                    hear it every week now.
I know what the cops would say if you or me got stopped and searched and they found say the knife on the forum
there are tools to cut cigars and the knife isen't one of them
maybe get let off with a warning if lucky, why take a chance.

When I was a kid we all used to carry sheaf knives that our parents bought us.

But I don't really agree that the world is a more dangerous place , just reported on more and people are more paranoid , I was born in the 60s in the late 70s early 80s violent place to be TBH skinheads , punks ,rockers, mods, squadies . You certainly grew up knowing your place and as a teenager if you were mouthy to a grownup or copper you got sat on your arse .

It's down to who is dealing with it....The crime is complete when you have posession of the knife the reasonable excuse is a defence in proceedings. However if your a decent punter I think common sense would prevail

However nowadays not worth the risk

I thought that it was really only concerning knives of a given blade length.... 3 inches rings a bell. Then you have to have cause to use it. So as a part of smoking paraphenalia it ought to be fine. I used to carry a larger fixed blade, and locking blade knife, in the car regularly because of shooting etc, but even your car is considered a public place, so to and from the place of use is the key...?

Like yourself I only carry my knife when shooting and when I'm beating to cut string and tie up the birds.
