Hi Guys, I'm in Spain celebrating my 25th Wedding Anniversary and enjoyed my first Cuban a Romeo Y Julieta no 3. Very nice it was too, started off peppery and at the end had a more chocolates flavour. Hopefully will be able to enjoy a few more. The best bit was the price: 5? which I thought was very fair.

Cheers.
Happy anniversary, we celebrate our 25 tomorrow, big family do
Nice as a R&J No3 might be, sure you could take fuller advantage of Spanish prices & celebrate with something a little more tasty! Don't forget by the time of your 50th W.A. you'll either be dead or your kids will have confiscated your cigars (nasty habit) or they won't let you smoke in the nursing home!
PS You can smoke & drink alcohol in Belgian nursing homes, maybe I'll retire here after all!

Only joking, and introducing the H Upmann Three Quarter Corona[emoji94]
As an experiment to see if such a drastic intervention cut out the dull start (IMO and to my taste) to the recent Mag 46s. I nipped it down to 100mm. I must say that it did indeed seem to work and IMO again, things cut to the chase from the off.
I'll be doing this again and another modification...in the name of research of course[emoji404]
Yes Simon, I've found the two previous to be a bit laborious through the first third and with reduced availability of smoking time, I thought why not? Given the smarter start on the above, it may very well stand 10mm less of a cut. I'll try, plus the aforementioned mod.
You not thought of just choosing a smaller smoke Chris I'd time is precious , cutting it shorter is like steaming in with no foreplay , I like seeing how the cigar evolves

A very good point, with you all the way on that one as I also like to experience the changes in a cigar.
