Initially I pick up on spices and wood, but quickly adding something sweeter. About halfway through it gets a bit bitter (in a good way), I'd say black coffee and cocoa. There's not a lot of flavour evolution, as the spices and wood stay present throughout the smoke but, as you can probably imagine, it goes wonderfully well with an espresso.
With a couple of years on them, I find it to be a milder smoke then the usual Partagas - which, to me, can be a good thing, even though it does finish with a bit of a kick. If you can pick up a box for '13, I highly recommend it - they're really smoking beautifully.

Less of the harshness and more of a smoother smoke, correct?
