First cigar in 4 weeks. Monte Esp2, made my head a bit fuzzy but worth it. Hand is out of the brace, only have to wear a lighter one at night now, scars are healing OK, hand isn't totally mobile yet, but good enough to type again.

Good to hear you're on the mend. What happened?

As it happens the pound is large enough to turn a 65' narrow boat - it's the pano that makes it look like a bend

It's under the flight path for Farnborough airport so there's a selection of unusual planes passing every 5 minutes, great spot!

Staying in a hotel in Lincoln with the inlaws. Wifes brothers both home from abroad. Just had a great steak, profiteroles, prosecco. Finishing with a Glenlivet and Short Churchill. Strolling round the grounds.
