Joss, that sounds like a great jaunt out. Fair play[emoji106]

As for me, I fired up a Johnny O Butifarra. This attractive looking stick was as tight as a tight thing and required considerable attention to get a decent mouthful of smoke out. However, at the halfway mark, it improved. Flavour wise, it was difficult to pick anything distinctive out, but it ended up being quite enjoyable. Thank fug[emoji6]

It's siblings are going off for a long sleep to see if the rest helps them out.

Broke my self imposed cigar fast today; last Sunday onboard, fine roast Beef luncheon (sans red wine) & something to celebrate. I have been struggling with back pain for a long time & one thing that sets it off is running on the jogging machine so I have been walking on it & using the Rowing machine instead. But since Feb I have been gently doing a little jogging in between the walking & on Friday I finally managed a full half an hours jogging. Won't go as far to say I was actually running ;o) but the good news is no pain aches or complaints since! So to mark this modest achievement a little Reyes of sunshine; made my day.

Cheers for the advice! I do back exercises every other day & I notice if I miss a day or two. I see a chiropractor 4-5x p.a. & so far have never missed a days work; although I had a close shave last yr when they nearly sent me home during a bad spell. Once you have a back back it never really goes away but you can work on it.

It has to be one of the worst injuries, I hurt my back badly when I was only 14 and been plagued with it since, the only way I have found is strengthening it as much as I can. Calisthenics work well but I found heavy weights works best, it literally disappears, which goes against everything I would of thought, it was actually a powerlifter that gave me the advice and I've never looked back!

But back to the point! good selection of cigars there!

Current medical practice is to exercise it rather than resting it as before.

From years of bad backs , the only way to overcome it is to strengthen the muscles , always work a bad back better
