Our family tradition is to have our first bbq of the year on easter weekend. The weather wasn't looking too promising.
Thankfully we had a break in the rain long enough to carry on the tradition. Good Friday means fish.
Sea Bass marinated in extra virgin olive oil, zest of one lime, juice of half a lime, oregano, ground coriander, salt and
pepper. Insides of the fish stuffed with sliced lime and fresh coriander.
And to make the bounty fulfilling, a sailfish steak and two tuna steaks. All served with a nice spinach salad.
And for afters.....................................
.....a filthy hooligan with a large glass of Drambuie.

Nice one Johnny , lovely flavours with the bass , and a spot on dessert [emoji106]
Currently smoking my first Churchills (I note that the band says 'Churchills' - so I assume the singular noun is 'Churchills' though that sounds wrong... this matters to a pedant!). Still on the first third and very interested to to see how it develops. Though getting out a massive cigar drew some looks amongst the cigarette smokers outside the pub...
After a slightly slow and uninspiring start, the second third is much more satisfying, better draw and more smoke, a much fuller flavour now. Initial reaction is 'is it too long?' - only comes into its own an inch or so in..?
