Partagas SD 4 today. Relaxing day at Rochester.
Why oh why did I not smoke this before. One of the best smokes I've ever had.
This was a trade ages ago from the silent Dan. Cheers mate

We talk a lot about bad construction and burn and here is a Dominican made for local combustion that costs four quid each over there. Third one I've had and the burn is perfect, the draw is light and it smoked to the nub with no relights.
Enjoyed a little Jose L Piedra Cazadores this lunchtime with my folks Springer running around, nice Nespresso and a roasted ham sandwich to boot.
Cigar was nice, tasty yet had a clean feel to it, the wrapper was slightly damaged because it took a few knocks, but lit well and burned smooth and straight, had to correct the burn early on, however it was definitely down to a lazy lighting on my behalf.
Only issue is that I decided about half way to chew on the cigar, as I've seen people do (Generals in films and the guy at Sautters) BIG MISTAKE!
I've never wanted to try it really until recently and thought I would do so on an inexpensive but half decent smoke, it was too much for me, I don't like soggy things anyway but that wasn't the unpleasant part, the taste was too much for me, after about 5 minutes I was really not enjoying it so stubbed and threw it over the wall in a temper. I won't be chewing again, I will be getting more of these little beauties, a nice amount of spice and flavour but still tasting clean.
March 14 Boli CJ bought these a few months ago and smoked a few. Started nice but got rough and overly bitter in the middle. Thought I'd give it a go again now. Nearly an inch in and it's beautiful, smooth nutty and even a hint of fruit in there. [emoji4]
