First time I've smoked on a lunch time for a while. Half day at work so why not?

Nat Sherman Timeless #5 today. Much better than the torpedo. Felt very firm so was worried about the draw, but it was perfect. Ash was strong as an ox for such a small stick. Not very complex but went well with a cappuccino.

Getting the Bitter Chocolate and then more Chocolate ... A bit like Hot Chocolate you get in Spain.

Tried a Cumpay Volcan, 1h30 smoke...dang
Was told it was chocolaty... wasn't.
Bit of gingerbread.
The burn smoke was nice, think even the non smoking company could like that.
Anyway, Enjoyed it. Apart from the fingers getting cold. Summer please!

Monty No.4 for me tonight.
I probably didn't give it a fair chance. Finished work early and had a couple of drinks.
Had a couple more beers tonight in the house, then had this smoke in the garden while doing
a bit of refresher training with Ollie the Springer. Smoked it with another couple of beers and
a glass of malt. I didn't find the first half too great, but enjoyed the latter part of the smoke.
I will give this one another go in better conditions.

I do work him Tony. He is a very good dog, but I do have to keep him fresh or he gets a
little bit keen. Just doing some refresher work with dummies. Retrieve and drop to whistle tonight.
