I think the profile either suits or doesn't especially on the more substantial vitolas tbh Jeremy. However, in comparison to one of 12 months I had two weeks ago, last night was a much improved smoke. For me, they richen up Quiet a bit.I can fire you one over if you want? Let me know.

Best Non-Cuban I've ever had: AVO Churchill.
Only catch was that it was aged for 25 years.......

Finished up with a 10+ year old Arturo Fuente Xtra Vieja Double Corona.

Both of these non-cubans are remarkably smooth but very distinct in their flavours. They're still incredibly strong for their age statements and far apart in terms of tasting notes.
-The AVO Churchill smelled and tasted like no cigar I've ever seen rating it the only Non-Cuban above 95 in my list of cigars smoked. Bloody brilliant. Caramel, toffee, tiramisu, the works. All with hints of whipped creme and milk sauce of sorts.
-The A. fuente was remarkably strong for the age and cedary to start. Giant clouds of coffee, chocolate, and toffee covered up the more subtle nuance of nuts, rose, and wood. It was creamy throughout but despite all others, the nicotine did get to me.

Writing this made my mouth water. My word.

Just sparked this up. Don't know what to make of it yet but it's not very inspiring.
It has a bitter edge to it and I doubt I'll get through it.

I am in the same boat. It's been way too long. It's too cold out there at the moment.
