Straight back at the 2nd COTM that I got off Budgiesmuggler to see it was as good as I thought it was yesterday



Well solid impressive construction on these sticks. Was visually comparing them to other sticks in the humi it looks the best made one in the box. Bear in mind there is getting to be quite a range in it including a Behike. Before anyone gets excited I am not saying its better made than a Behike just that it looks better, more solid and properly finished.

Someone must be smoking today! I decided to try a Don Diego El Puro. I enjoyed Don Diego's regular line on holiday and also the Playboys which are also made by them. Sadly this was a disappointment as it was quite peppery with a salty tang as well. The biggest disappointment was the number of times I had to relight the damned thing. I also got a bit of a nic hit from it but that could be due to the lack of cola, orange squash just doesn't cut it apparently.

Tried a Cuaba Generosos today, enjoyed it with a glass of coke down at Turmaeus. Not smoked one of these before, traditional vitola. Wasn't sure whether the top shouldn't be cut off as well but a fellow smoker assured me that its to be lightly lit on the twisted top and allowed to gain momentum. A nice smoke, burnt unevenly for the first part but corrected itself with minimal encouragement. Very mild in the first third but pleasant and some nice oaky flavours emerging as the burn progressed through the wider part of it. Enjoyed it that much I forgot to take a pic.. Heres whats left instead :-)
