Romeo y Julieta Wide Churchill tonight..

              IMG_3048.jpgIMG_3049.jpg

It was a little bland to start with, some burn issues too. I don't think it was really suited to walking & smoking with..Once I blew the scraggy bits off & relighted it, it settled down. A mild smoke, with some floral notes coming through in the final third. Not too bad overall.

Yep agree with the mild part. I was expecting a big flavour hit from such a size of cigar but it was nice and I will revisit it for sure. Walking with any cigar work?

I find that the smaller cigars are better for when I'm out walking the dog. I get burn issues with the slightly bigger stuff

Last night was my works Xmas dinner, went to a few pubs before the meal, had a Drew Estate Nica Rustica El Brujito. I really wish I'd been sitting comfortably (maybe at Johns) smoking this as it was a lovely complex cigar. Some great spicy/coffee flavours. I recommend this stick, would like to get a few more. i was also on London Stout. tried these too

Nope....Was mainly me and a work mate drinking alone before the meal...I took him one of the Dominicans from the box you brought back. He liked it...Think there may be a convert there.

Lovely stick that one John...Have you had/got one?
